Okay. I want to write a book. I said it, so maybe I'll find a moment to begin pursuing this goal instead of just constantly thinking about ideas, etc. Maybe by voicing it on this blog, I will feel a more determination since it's said "out loud" at least somewhere. And I mean, who's really reading this anyway? I have like 3 followers, so I feel comfortable saying this here. ha I know writing a book is not something to be done over night. In fact, I expect it to truly take years. Is not that one of the charms though? I love to read because I love to dive into another world and enjoy the entertainment of characters, especially those from the fiction world. By writing my own story, I get to live in a world that I create for a rather long time. This I'd like to do for pure enjoyment, not necessarily to publish. It would be pure fun. So, I think my plan will be something like this: When Michael gets done with school.. or hmm.. at least when the new Ipad is out, he's said he wants one and he'd just give me his lap top. At that point, I will have a lap top to myself. =) This will be when my book begins... SO! I've said it. I've laid the plan. Bam.
Side note: I am so excited for the new Terry Goodkind book coming out!! I could seriously scream... Richard and Kahlan will be back in my life again! (How nerdy does that sound?!) And, the new installment to the Immortal Instruments series! Double Yay!!
Heather,I am proud of you...not only do you like to read, which is one of my favorite past times, but now you are going to write a book! why not? you have read just about everything that is out there...I need another good author to follow anyways and hopefully, I won't have to pay for your book..haha. No..seriously, congrats for taking on such a huge project but one that I know you will truly enjoy. From what I have read, you are a great writer...I'm excited! i love your blog...even though i am one of the 3 followers, I am sure you will have more to come. love ya :)
