We decided the kids needed some bike upgrades since they had pretty much outgrown their old ones. Toysrus was having the big bike trade in just in time-- so we traded and upgraded!
Kailey picked out a cute tinkerbell bike! And yes she can ride it:) -I'll try to get her on video soon.
Haiden got a green one-- shortly after we brought it home, we decided to let him give riding without training wheels a try.
He did good, but of course fell several times.
We took him to a big parking lot that was flat, and he was just not having it that day. It was a tad frustrating because we could see he was almost there, but he just wasn't in a good enough mood to see it.
The bike went into the garage where it sat with no training wheels for weeks.
Then on July 7th, he came home from church and said, "I want to learn to ride my bike today!"
We took the kids out, and sure enough that was the day!!
He decided he would learn, and he did!
We were extremely excited for him!

gosh, this really means he is growing up! riding a bike with no training wheels. Yay! Way to go Haiden:) He always is able to do whatever he wants when he decides he wants to do it..i'm so proud of him!!!
